I.T. Assessment / I.T. Audit: If you decide to work with SAF, we’ll compile a detailed inventory of all of your computer equipment and software. We’ll provide you with a network diagram that shows what you currently have installed.

Implementation: We’ve coined a term to describe what we do next – SPEME.

Security – We get the firewalls and anti-virus protection in place first. Security is the cornerstone of any business network.

Protection – We back up everything before we make any changes. If you don’t have a backup solution we implement one.

Enhancement – We might add VPN (virtual private network), remote access, corporate exchange servers for calendars or e-mail, secure wireless networks, or other features that will make your business run more efficiently.

Maintenance – Acting as your virtual IT department, we continually monitor what’s going on in your network and get alerts for disk space running low, error messages, firewalls set incorrectly, and potential security breaches. We get notified even if your “toner cartridges are running low.”

Education – There’s nothing magical or mysterious about what we do, and we’re happy to teach you as we go, as well as document everything when we implement, integrate, or repair something. We aim to elevate your I.T. knowledge. An educated office environment is less likely to make mistakes and can easily identify areas of concern in the business.
